Our Background
McClaren Ministries had its start as a traditional mission ministry helping with housing needs and community outreach. While it still participates in those missions it has expanded with the unique concept of providing an extraordinary wedding officiant service to connect with the innovative wedding couple.
With our distinctive niche ceremonies and wedding industry experience, we have taken notice of the resonating disappointment from those kooky brides-to-be who continually address the difficulty in locating the most characteristic wedding officials to complement their far-out lifestyle.
While one can find literally hundreds of wedding websites in which to advertise a myriad of wedding services or products, most suggest at best a 'one size fits all' mentality which has certainly never been an attractive option for the more unconventional tastes of an outré bride.
McClaren Ministries understands those brides who wish to select a wedding resource based on quality and desire nothing more than to project an eccentric opulence for their wedding day, unlike many other undesirable options. Ordained by the Universal Life Church of Modesto, CA., McClaren Ministries officiants are legally entitled to perform all services of the Church, but prefer to focus on performing weddings this way they can bring the joy of sharing and partnership to as wide a group of people as possible.
The Universal Life Church (ULC) is a non-denominational Church founded in the truth of accepting the rights of all to follow their own personal beliefs without our intervention. At McClaren Ministries we uphold the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, and the right of the individual to legally worship as they please.
